traz: Many won't remember, but I used to state that, imo the financing is not required until they have used the funds previously delegated for initiating construction. Doesn't look to me as though they have come anywhere near using that much and we don't necessarily have so much knowledge as to their current state of progress, but I don't post here all that often, so what would I know.

The company could easily make an argument that the bank loans as well the Pre-Purchase is somehow a combination deal and releasing info on 1 aspect of the financing before all others is in place would/could jeopardize the yet to be completed protion.

Exactly!!! Yes, I concur with your argument. They can cry "poor" to the Nigerians and see what they get from them first. Right on.

On the second point, you are absolutely dead on, they could definately sell this to their accountants and attorneys to hold the filing, UNTIL the pre-purchase/government support is negotiated.
