I don't know what 'crap' you're referring to. I am just quoting Thomson Reuters Streetsight: as of Dec. 31 Sternberg filed selling 534,739 from his 2,428,671, leaving him with 1,893,932.

There have been 11 biz days since then--if I can count. He could have sold more. He could have bought back. He could have done nothing.

By the way, from the same source, Chiam Davis added 636,596.

And that is as of today, 1-17-21. I just looked.
