I highly doubt it. I think blackhawks might have added the SSN part by mistake. The article just says....

I had a Parler account that I used to help run recon for others. I never posted once but I read and copied some really insane stuff. Anyone could sign up without having to give info but in order to be able to use the site's features like private messaging and posting outside content you had to give up all your personal info (GET THIS) including a copy of your drivers license or state ID.

These people earned badges as verified posters which is kind of like the twitter checkmark without all the intrusion.

They thought it would keep out the liberal 'rip-raf' so to speak, but it gloriously backfired on them. With the help of some patriotic hackers the FBI now has a treasure trove of insurrectionists literally at their fingertips. There's terabytes of data to sift through but a ton of them now are just sitting ducks, waiting to be picked off..
