You have 10 days to report so it's likely he started selling on the 22nd. You can see the chart dip for 3 days starting on 12/22 with 600K volume on both the 22nd and 23rd. I do find it odd he passed up numerous opportunities to sell at a profit and exited at basically the price he paid. Why bother? 50 K is not even a rounding error for this guy's accountants. Maybe he wants to be below the filing threshold? Who knows.
I never bought into the billionaire investor story either though it got a lot of traction in some quarters. Now it's anticlimactic after all the noise about his involvement. Cheers
There is different reasons for people selling - doesn’t necessarily mean the company is going no where LOL. He still has close to 2,000,000 shares. Relax.
