Exactly - common shares are the matter at hand. Common shares with .0001 par value being terminated

There are no common shares with a .0001 par value . This can be verified by both the Nevada SOS and the recent 8K. All common shares have a par value of .001 and all 8.27 billion are valid and paid there’s no denying this it’s a fact.

Perhaps this will help. Anyone that takes the time to actually do any due diligence would know there are no common shares with a par value of .0001. There are on the other hand 9 billion with a par value of .001 and 8.27 billion of them are outstanding. Please show me anywhere this company has common stock with a par value of .0001. The only stock this company has with a par value of 0001 is preferred shares
