This STHC acquisition of AMECA Mining appears to have now closed based on the updates from OTC Markets which would justify the info that was previously posted a while back below:

AMECA Mining has $4.4 Billion of Crystalline Pure Graphite. They have $4 Billion in High Crystalline Pure Graphite and $0.4 Billion in Low Crystalline Pure Graphite
