I listened to the podcast. The point you raise about the OS is interesting and I am investigating it. The bit for me is when he was asking about margin on the iWands. I understand that he might not want to share that information but when he said "It's a bit like asking Apple how much they make per phone." Let me tell you something - Apple knows EXACTLY how much money they make per phone and it ain't peanuts.
