Hi Moose412-

Lester Einhaus was an investor and prior noteholder in Textmunication. As you know through our filings, Textmunication settled their court case with him on his 2015 note. Outside of any shares he may still have, we have no communication with him and owe him nothing else.

We understand he has posted false information on stock message boards about our company. We urge shareholders and potential investors to read our filings for accurate information.

We are excited about our upcoming launch as we believe it will reshape our market valuation.
