It's almost a guarantee that the only time holders are going to get information is on a quarterly basis. Melissa never fails to disappoint. The problem with the way they do things, is the long silences from the company let speculation and expectations run wild and then the balloon pops as soon as they release the Q. ABMC and what they see as success is not what shareholders are waiting for. They literally don't care about PPS.. they were at $0.05 and lower forever.. this is looking good as far as they're concerned.
It's hard to imagine, at all, why this company is even publicly traded.
It's a horribly run operation with major potential and should be private.
The big run up to $1.26 was based on speculation that because Sternberg had bought 5% of the company he was going to be some kind of a major player.. look at the other companies he owns.. they're all turds. Why that is, who knows? I think he was just helping out a friend.. as in Chaim Davis.
That speculation and the timing of everything COVID was perfect for this to run wild along with trading groups etc.
For that to happen again there will have to be some REAL good news this time. They need BIG numbers and BIG sales. They need a catalyst. And Melissa needs to retire with all the shares that her buddies sold last time around and paint porch furniture.
