The “alleged” wise man also said treasure.......

was coming soon 7 years ago.

At that time he wasn’t critical of existing technology.

He’s yet to be proven wise.

Are you familiar with successful locating and recoveriy of treasure? Are you familiar with the process?

The reason I ask is because those that are that read the Bureau reports see nothing promising.

I understand the paid promos and some message board posts offer some very rosy outlooks, but they never match what is actually reported. For example, in a paid promo it was stated a “large section of the upper deck” was found. It turned out to be a 16 foot at the longest point and 5 foot at the widest point. It was kind of a diamond shape.

Large section of the upper deck? Would you say that was large? I guess if you have their track record anything might seem large, but I’m not impressed.

The Concepcion has not been proven to come to rest at Melbourne. Not even a portion of it. It’s not an endeavor that should take over 2 decades in such a small area.

What you see as negative might just be reality. At some point it settles in.

Regardless, I would get familiar with what a successful salvage operation looks like. They don’t occur under a Dig and Identify environment. Real salvors wouldn’t work in state waters unless they were grandfathered in.
