it just happens. i can't place them, no one i know of can, but i just place limit 0003 or limit 0004 order and i get executed at .0003 or 0004, sometimes the BEST PRICE is .00035.
but i will always be happy getting them on both the buy side and sell side
i recently placed a limit sell order at .0002 on another stock at got my shares sold at .00025 in between bid which was 0002 and the ask which was 0003
