Anybody have what the number is without the proforma crap stock sale in it? How come that isn't a one time gain and excluded?
Texas Instruments 3rd-qtr net profit, revs rise

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 20 (Reuters) - Texas Instruments Inc. (TXN) , the top supplier of microchips for cellular phones, said on Monday its quarterly net profit increased, helped by a sale of stock and strengthening demand across a range of semiconductor products.
The Dallas-based chipmaker posted third-quarter net income of $447 million, or 25 cents a share, including a contribution from the sale of Micron Technology Inc. (MU) stock, compared with net income of $188 million, or 11 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $2.53 billion from $2.25 billion a year earlier.
