I’m not buying they didn’t file anything elsewhere, just not on OTCMarkets. I have to file with my state in franchise tax with Gross Revenue of course. I also file with the IRS annually for my LLC’s. California has state requirements I’m sure. You couldn’t pay me to do business there. Anyway...
