(a) appointment of market makers as planned
(b) increase investor awareness on the stock as an identified portfolio basket and
(c) investor absorption of stock as medium to long-term bet
We are filing an 8K today on acquisition of regional airline from Hyderabad India currently owned by a film celebrity and large engineering works group. We inked the deal yesterday at for $13.5 Million for 100% equity buyout that has 7 aircrafts (3 operational). I am declaring and we shall file an 8K before market opens so there is no gap in dissemination of information to the public.
