As much it is important to the shareholder it is so equally important now for the company to have these fixed so we get regularized, remove the delinquency on OTC and refile it back as OTCQB stock and apply for NYSE Listing as the volume picks up.."

ITUP is appointing market makers from 18 geographical nodal points (6-8 to from Jan 2021)

US, Canada, Brazil, UK, Switzerland, Germany, Rest of EU, Russia, South Africa, UAE, India, Japan, Singapore, HongKong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia & New Zealand....(US, UK, Switzerland, EU, UAE, India and Singapore as initial first...)......

I need help from all to suggest online broker Firms that accept ITUP trading where market makers from these locations can register their client investors...and what is the minimum investment these broker firms require...

January - we complete our audit and do regularization
Jan - May - Cash & transaction closures...
Jan - Feb - Shareholder base increase multiple geographical spread
March 1-15 Filling for listing on NYSE, Board and Committees appointment to get prepared for NYSE ...
