ex date tommorrow Shareholders holding fewer than 1,000 pre-consolidated Common Shares will be entitled to be paid cash consideration equal to that number of pre-consolidation Common Shares held by the holder multiplied by $0.74. Shareholders holding 1,000 or more pre-consolidated Common Shares will have their Common Shares consolidated on an effective 1-for-10 basis.
