The hard part of non reporting companies is to get free trading shares. Most transfer agents will not let you deposit nomad paper shares. About the only way to create free trading shares (shares that you can trade electronically) is to do some form or debt conversion. Google the term: 3(a)9 or 3(a)10. This is an exemption an issuer can use to create free trading shares. If you look at their annual report or quarterly report you’ll read where they intend to covert debt to equity. This takes time. Once it’s converted the debt holder now has “free trading shares” that he can sell. So that debt holder has to somehow get those shares over to the promoter YOU SEE on here touting this stock - they have to “buy” those shares or they have to be listed as “consultants” and they charge “consulting fees” which is a form of debt that can be converted into shares and freely traded. There’s only a couple places that today will do this for companies and it’s hard especially when they’re not reporting to the sec. (the issuer CBDD is not reporting to sec) but the clearing firm IS reporting to the sec and they’re the ones that get into trouble if this is down wrong. These types of transactions are the ONLY way to get free trading shares quickly and affordable other than filing a registration statement which requires an AUDIT. This company doesn’t have the $ yet to do that.

There is NO WAY CBDD is this efficient to meet buyer demand for the stock and supply like we’re seeing on the sideways channel -
No stock is ever this efficient for the price not to move. Also you’re not seeing those crazy promoters on here like you were ?? Have you not noticed they’ve been awful quiet? I do because they’re usually slamming me. Lol

Let me tell you there are promoters on here getting ready and if they have balls enough to read my post here they’ll know I know EXACTLY what’s going on here

But here’s the thing...who cares -
When those crooks are ready to run this stock you’ll see those same promoters and new ones coming in selling all these shares you’re seeing trade everyday without price movement to the new suckers coming in. You want to sell when they do not buy. You buy when they’re “swapping spit” right now. Not when those promoters come back. You sell them

I’m not saying this company is a scam I’m saying this is the only option they have right now

As long as the insiders and the company aren’t getting any benefit to this action I’m fine with it. Matter of fact it’s illegal for the
Company to benefit financially from all this stock volume OTHER than debt reduction and that’s what the 3(a)9’s are a legal exemption.

Don’t care what the promoters thank of me. They hate me because I tell you what’s going on

To the Promoters on here. If you call me out. I’ll answer your questions but don’t call me out unless you want me to show these guys exactly what you’re doing. If I’m wrong be prepared to prove it. I can look at the annual report and tell you. But that’s not due for 90-days from now
Happy trading
