Don't know your level of experience of trading on the OTC, but when a Shell updates their share structure regularly and has been sleeping for three years, then starts trading hundreds of thousands and millions of shares week after week after week, that indicates to me that certain MM are building inventories and experienced OTC retail!
I began buying on 2/10/16 when the first SC 13G was filed. Been buying in the 2's, 3's and 4's, holding now multiple 7 figure shares.
Read the filings!
Just my opinion but it's still a role of the dice, but all indications I see a massive R/M in 2021!
