I have seen many OTCM companies promise Apps and never deliver.

Foote has issued several press releases about deals with companies - always in another country but they don't have a working Beta version of the App.

It might be like Sharp and the Nigerian Doctor resuscitator that still hasn't sold one unit since 2015.
