Thanks for the info beer$$. I kind of thought that the delay was likely due to mgmt filing for more than simply being pink current. What you're pointing out makes sense and helps me feel better about any delays. I think you're spot on!

PVDG Every single share has to be correctly accounted for in a share transaction audit verification process. That is why we are seeing these almost daily changes in the OS count. Means we are getting closer to corrected filings being published and then the corporate actions to change name and ticker symbol.
