Two main criteria for EUA covid drugs today from FDA- #1 Drug has to be Safe and #2 show that it may provide a benefit - has already shown that it is #1 SAFE # demonstrated through 70+ EIND’s prob many more by now, CD-10 trial and 2 DSMC reviews in phase 3 cd-12 trial that is 1000% qualifies for EUA without any unblinding of data, it qualified months ago. Reason it was not given is because it would mess up the trial and there would be no chance at full approval. Leronlimab will become the SOC it is given through a shot and unlike any of the other MABs that were approved for mild/moderate it will improve get people in and out hospital quickly with a couple days for many vs months.
