I've been trying to find documentation concerning the process of uplisting from OTCBB to NASDAQ with respect to how put options are dealt with. There's been some hearsay discussion about how contracts close, etc during this process.
Can anyone provide cites to documentation from FINRA, NASDAQ, or other authoritative site that covers this?
I even tried to see if Bob Loblaw had something on his Bob Loblaw Law Blog...but that search came up empty.
By chance, I did find this document on the SEC.GOV website concerning "SHORT SELLING, DEATH SPIRAL CONVERTIBLES, AND THE PROFITABILITY OF STOCK MANIPULATION". https://www.sec.gov/comments/s7-08-08/s70808-318.pdf Now fewer than 188 occurrences of "naked short" in the document.
