Yep, and mainly ALL thanks to the ongoing slow but impactful SEC changes and new implementations/powers they've been bringing into the OTC since last year.
Reg A's and S-1's are going to be the new funding instruments of choice for the majority of real deal OTC Pubco's...and only the real OTC PubCo's will spend the monies, time and effort necessary attaining and maintaining OTC Markets current info status tier by this coming summer right!
So this RED HOT OTC market we're still in is going to be the best ever in OTC history imho, mainly thanks to the SEC's real consequential actions to clean out the riff-raff and give the real CEO's a fighting chance to actually grow their biz, opposed to most of them getting f'd over by the toxic 3rd party convertible noteholder scumbags who screwed hundreds of them over the past decade right cheers!
