I disagree with your deduction.

If you go to the following Cease trade website:

http://cto-iov.csa-acvm.ca/SearchArticles.asp?Instance=101&Form=1&Attr7=1&Attr3=1&Is...

Click on Sulja Bros on the bottom it will bring you to the cease trade order.

It clearly states in #1 & #2 that all the assets of the Nevada Corp are held in Sulja Bros Ontario.

This shows that we are not holding an empty shell as you say. All that is in SUlja Ontario are the assets of the SLJB Nevada Corp.
