What we know is that they are careful and mindful of not wanting to run a penny stock scam, I would be willing to bet that Mark would be forth coming in saying that it wasn't happening as all that has been made public is that Ameca is merging in.
I mean they were the ones to say buyer beware, you don't think they wouldn't clearly state that Ameca has nothing to do with STHC if that were the case knowing that everyone is under the assumption that it is?
