It‘s difficult to say, at this time. But it‘s definitely part of the big gamble. For a company with a small market cap, as small as this one, even a modest percentage of their claim would be a huge victory. And they‘ve won over a formidable law firm, to represent them in this case. Those guys seem to be killers. Good for us.
