This is becoming like the other failed company. Can you see the resemblances?

- Massive dumpage of stock
- A tyrant CEO with > 50% voting power.
- Deaf in both ears
- Can't take criticism
- No corporate governance
- And, last but not least, being perfectly capable of destroying his own credibility and that of the company.

I think I have a pretty good idea why the previous CEO resigned.
