ctb, how does the TRRC determine how much MCF is allowed per well? Is it based on the amount of pressure or something else?

Yes, but when a company reports these #'s they have to be very close to these projections. I had a conversation on this very subject with the company. The need to be close to anticipated output is why there is a need to stabilize the well prior to posting on the RRC.
