Precisely. this has been the idea all along. Once they get to the AMEX or NASDAQ small cap, I see them between $4-$10 a share. What happened yesterday was a travesty and it is unmentionable what I think should be done to the people involved, but it DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACTS!
