Saying they’re doing and doing are two different things. It’s admirable but takes 6-months they have to go back two years. This takes a long time.
An alternative for now is the file 10k, Q’s and form 4s that show insider holdings. No insiders should be selling any shares and they need to disclose this because that have 90-120 days to file an annual report. That’s too long for this company. They can “act like they’re reporting” without actually being reporting. Once you disclose something to the SEC it’s like lying to the FBI - it’s binding and you can’t do it. This would decrease the short side of the coin and make guys like me buy long call options on the spot price. I might even underwrite them for you fellows...if I’m willing to short this stock I should be willing to under write calls right? I’m here to play fellows let’s see if this is the real deal or not. I’ve made money here and need a tick up before I put another short on. I’m pushing on inkw right now that one for sure is a bad one. I live 35-miles from it here in NC. Good evening
