using a very rudimentary way to value:

if we are basing it on known projected 1 year revenue against OS without multipliers ... it closed around its market cap today. 16-17 million market cap

if we are basing on gross long term unrecognized revenue per this one contract against the OS without multiplier: .035 227 million market cap

But then there are the other grant moneys from Holland Gov. for additional projects, plants in Italy operating, servicing's with Duke Energy in NC..

Carbon offset credits which they will sell:

we have no idea since they haven't cared to file OTC... so its a total crap shoot

Why not a 1.6 billion market cap at .25 cents :)
