I could easily argue the high-end is $1,000. So the expected value should be close to $500.

I'm on the fence about initiating another wire transfer, to buy more ITUP. Wouldn't mind some convincing that it's a good move! Of course, $100+ PPS is already enough to make it an extremely good case. :)
