It's going to be close, but the 18% of the vote still outstanding is mostly from heavily democratic counties including Atlanta .... so the betting odds are now 90% for the Democrats winning both races - the NYTimes has Warnock winning by 1.8% and Ossof by 1.0% even though they're trailing now.
