The audit is in progress... Before they certify the current last 2 years, they have to first review the previous 4 year financials Sep 1 2016 - May 31 2018. And take May 31 2018 figures as opening figures for May 31, 2019 audited financials.

Without writing on dates, I can vouch the audit is definitely in progress. As much it is important to the shareholder it is so equally important now for the company to have these fixed so we get regularized, remove the delinquency on OTC and refile it back as OTCQB stock and apply for NYSE Listing as the volume picks up...

OracIe Promises that are not kept may be counter-productive. The same goes for exaggerating things. I soId some shares for 1.5 cents and bought some shares in this company for more than 4 doIIars and now the pps in that other compay is 3 cents and in this company 2 doIIars. There were no audited fiIed numbers before the end of Iast year.
