I highly doubt that there is any cancellation of shares coming anytime soon.
It was an application to courts,there is no mention from the company that the case is moving forward yet.
IMO i have seen these take months.
Given the whole Covid environment and courts operating in limited and slow pace,i am VERY sceptical this type of case gets fast tracked.
Its been less than 30 days.
Stock looks great!!
