If that is correct then you are once again acting as an agent of the company imho. Probably not a good role to fill right now, what with the scrutiny being applied here by the authorities. You really need to step back from this. Hog is playing it much more carefully.

There are two things that make someone at the company very happy. Those things are slander and nice law suits. Until someone is proven guilty they are inocent.

Now that the affidavit's been posted, they can. But it's not anywhere else on the Web. Don't you even bother to check what the "company" tells you? Are you THAT far gone?
