Absolutely. You can with IB...but today, it's going to cost 4.8%. Once you set a limit sell, those shares can't be naked shorted.

Also, make sure that you categorize your shares, of any stock, as NOBO, or non objecting shareholder as opposed to OBO, objecting shareholder (default by brokers). That way the company knows the names of shareholders and amount via the transfer agent.
