Ok since you continue to bring up the financing. Let’s hear your analysis on how this financing works?

went through this with another stock. the price broke through $1 and they announced a bought offering...next day the price dropped. but recovered...they announced another round after the stock went to 2.00 same thing happened. it peaked at 5.50 and is looking to uplist to Nasdaq. this one looked like it was recovering.....but someone took a massive dump to drop this back below a dollar...

I believe the decline today wasn't from toxic selling.

That hasn't started yet.

The purchase agreement as per the filing hasn't been signed yet and official. Once the company puts out the PR then they will be allowed to convert.
