I spoke on the phone with a prior partner/associate of Troy Covey and APT MotoVox/MTVX who told me Troy Covey is involved in starting this new cannabis company, and he would be somebody who would know so that's good enough for me! You can continue to cast doubts if you want to, but the seasoned investors here know better when they can see a good thing that is happening and potentially in the works. I personally will accept the risk. Also to address your points about no contact information for the people who are starting this new company along with Troy Covey and Diana Covey... They are currently a private start up and they probably wish to keep it that way until they are ready to go public. As far as I'm concerned they are being very smart about doing it that way. Let's take it as it goes... :-)
