Okay thanks for that info. I guess it's possible they could do it that way. The part about, "You can cash out your existing investors" is something that doesn't sound very good though. I wonder what that would mean for us MTVX shareholder/investors? I would be assuming that on a reverse merger our MTVX shares would be fairly and equitably exchanged for a comparable amount of the new company's common shares with a new stock ticker symbol. Is there anything I am missing there that would make you think it would work any other way? And why would they spend a lot of money on buying out the 100s of millions of MTVX shares on the open market prior to the merger? Obviously the shares they couldn't buy out are the ones that outside investors like us are still holding on to. What would happen to those shares? I believe they would need to exchange and replace them with the new company's shares. Thanks! :-)

And just to finish my prior post's thoughts... It would probably all be subject to a Reverse Split of the old MTVX shares into the new company shares that would bring the OS common share count down to 100 million as they are projecting to be with the new company's base of OS common shares at the starting point. :-)
