B - On a ranking of success (1-10) how successful do you find the current situation IN THE GWOT with the [half] support of the Congress

A - gets a pass

B - gets an 8 and moving on course for a 10 if / when Iran nukes get taken out

Maybe after the Wed speech, the congressional support will go to 75%
