Surge - - as in milking - - as in Surge Milking Machines...

Years ago Surge became a synonym for milking a job, milking an issue, etc......
taking as long as possible, or prolonging the end.


Seems so appropriate to describe the Administration's real intended victory in Iraq
i.e. we'll be there for a looooong time.
