Hogwash. There isn’t a “charger” that could do that, would require megawatts behind cables so large a human couldn’t move them, much less make a “plug-in” for.
If this tech were real, they wouldn’t have handed it over to a non-reporting, stinky pink company. This is a pump and dump, a stock sale.
