10Bagg..Finally, I was able to find out the reason for the delay - the filings required some tweaking and should be filed soon. I wish I found this yesterday :-(

P.S: I have no position yet. I have been trying to find out why is the delay. Sadly I found out today after I sold out yesterday. I sold yesterday simply to minimize the risk due to a 6 fig loss in one recent trade. I will buy it back at some point.
