There is the question of reimbursement (patients OOP costs vs. lupron where urologists are making money). Curious that AbbVie did not pursue this indication for elagolix.

re: MYOV’s Orgovyx (relugolix) for prostate cancer, thank you, and do not wish to diminish the progress of that drug, just wish "they" ( all the ones doing other stuff) would open up the real gun cabinet with live effective bullets, as lag time has been decades for this field, while Covid-19 science has introduced me to think in terms of warp speed, to contain miseries like prostate cancer once and for all!

You also get fast recovery of testosterone upon cessation of drug (which can be spun as a negative if you miss doses)
