This is one of the most well done SCAMs I have ever seen. Wow, HYSR does not have to do anything with PR, bullshit claims of a pilot plant etc. All they have to do now is get a group of investors, call them institutional investors and give them the opportunity to triple their money virtually overnight. And they don't have to produce a single gram of Hydrogen! How these crooks came up with this one - WOW!

And look how BSRC jumped on the bandwagon!

Jose.... You don't understand that is the way it is in the Penny stock field! First, they have to borrow money under interest charges that are ridiculous! Then, they have to make sure whoever helps in the development process gets their due compensation, often in the order of shares! Operations in the Penny Stock market aren't pretty in order to keep the process moving forward! Things aren't done in the conventional manner most of the time? IMO.
