Yes, all the transactions must be executed about 45 days before the closing date, February 1st 2021. Imo, a lot of changes is going on. Don't forget, that they need to present a WMIH consolidated financial report, which means that the outstanding shares will be reversed. I think that all will be settled before eoy.
