Level 2, 210,000 shares waiting to be sold at .15 and 15,000 wanting to buy all the way down to .11...this is going nowhere. WAYYYY TOOOO many sellers and no buyers. We heard the same thing last year. I would be willing to bet by March they will be pushing the launch into 2nd quarter.
