#62178 RE: question_everything #62175

I suspect Foote was desperate for funding and unfortunately Sharp thought it was a brilliant idea to put them into the bloated company that landed on his lap at the same time they were looking.
It won’t be the first nor the last time a small company with potential (and yes I think they have that even though past attempts failed) gets crushed doing a reverse merger - especially with a non reporting bloated otc company.
A good storyline is a necessity to keep the scheme going.
Many times the Ceos get caught up with the millions of shares they will own. And there is no way they can keep up supporting such a huge share structure. I want to see if Foote tosses in everything they own for even more share than is left with nothing in the end.
I have to question whether Foote really understood how this type of reverse merger worked.

Those warrants are another story!

Sharp has too big an ego and believes he will be the first ever to make the otc companies look credible. I have serious doubts it will turn out like he thinks.
