So they can either pay with shares directly, or convert shares to cash. Pick your poison. Once they actually have a cash balance of any substance, then this sort of thing should stop. I think in 12 months they'll be in a good position to think twice about this sort of activity.
This company prints more friggin shares then the US treasury prints money.. I am so upside down on this PIG I will never see daylight given they are going to do a zillion to one reverse split to boot..Happy New Year all..
